Algorithm Analyst @ a Management Consultancy firm (Jan 2021 - Present) Partnered with a client to develop a series of algorithms for equity trading. Delivered it as a live platform.

Implemented a TA driven approach with recurrent reinforcement learning. Obtained underwhelming results
Integrated evolutionary search with reinforcement learning. Obtained mixed results, with performance ranging from -20% to 73% on different stock tickers

Researcher** @ Lee Kuan Yew Centre for Innovative Cities (Feb 2020 - Aug 2020)

LKYCIC’s mission is to stimulate thinking and research on the critical issues of cities and urbanisation. My work was specifically on the impact of urban policies on Smart Cities Development (Shanghai and Jakarta).

Performed correlation analysis using scraped data to determine if the ground sentiments are aligned with the narrative of the major stakeholder
Findings were presented and compiled into a book with the Switzerland’s International Institute for Management Development (IMD), that highlights the sustainability and ethical concerns of urban policies on Smart Cities around the world

Performed data cleaning and regression analysis on provided dataset
